How BI PRO ANAF works

Features

F210x reports

For banks: every F210x report required of banks, generated automatically from the bank's data and sent to ANAF.

  • F2104 → F2105 – Accounts, turnover and safe-deposit boxes

ANAF requests (F2104) information on a person's accounts, turnover and safe-deposit boxes for a given period. The F2105 response is generated from the bank's data and sent automatically.

  • F2107 → F2108 – Scanned documents

ANAF requests (F2107) scanned documents. The F2108 response attaches them and goes out automatically, linked to the original request.

  • F2106 – Corrections

ANAF's requests to correct a response are picked up, and the corrected response is sent again.

The B101 return

For banks: accounts and safe-deposit boxes, declared automatically.

  • B101 – Accounts and safe-deposit boxes

The return on opened and closed accounts and on safe-deposit boxes, generated from the bank's data and sent to ANAF automatically.

  • Corrections

Details of an account already declared are corrected from the platform, with no files rebuilt by hand.

Income checks

For banks, non-banking lenders and leasing companies.

  • F2101 → F2102 – Personal income

The F2101 request goes to ANAF on the strength of the client's consent, and the F2102 response with their income is picked up automatically.

  • F2103 – Financial data

F2103 responses with financial statement data are picked up in XML format.

  • One place

Query results stay in the platform, next to the rest of the data.

Audit and transparency

Every step is recorded and can be checked at any time.

  • Audit trail

Every request, response, return and query is recorded: who, when and with what outcome.

  • The process in plain sight

The status of every request and response is easy to see, step by step.

  • History

Everything received from and sent to ANAF stays available for reviews and inspections.
