Our commitment
TGS Software SRL aims for tgssoftware.ro to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, the European standard EN 301 549, and the requirements of Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services, transposed in Romania by Law no. 232/2022.
Compliance status
We consider the site largely compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. The assessment was carried out internally, through automated and manual checks, on the date above.
What we have done
- Keyboard navigation: every menu, filter and form works without a mouse, and the focused element is clearly highlighted.
- A “Skip to content” link at the start of every page.
- Contrast: text and controls meet the minimum contrast ratios (4.5:1 for text, 3:1 for graphical elements).
- Structure: hierarchical headings, lists, tables with headers and page regions marked up for assistive technology.
- Images: have alternative text; decorative images are ignored by screen readers.
- Forms: every field has a visible label, required fields are marked, and confirmation and error messages are announced to screen readers.
- Not by colour alone: authorities in the report grid are also identified in text.
- Zoom and small screens: content reflows down to 320 pixels wide and at 200–400% zoom without horizontal scrolling.
- Reduced motion: animations stop if you have turned on “reduce motion” in your operating system.
- Language: every page declares its language (Romanian or English), and the other language version is one click away.
Known limitations
- Client logos and the EU funding banner are images supplied by third parties. They have alternative text, but the text inside them cannot be enlarged separately.
- Form validation messages are shown by the browser, in the browser’s language.
We are working to remove these limitations where they are within our control.
