COOPID – Cooperative System for Digital Identity Management – project funded under The Competitiveness Operational Programme 2014-2020

Starting with 28.06.2017 for a period of 24 months, TGS SOFTWARE SRL, in partnership with Ingenios SRL, developed the project entitled “COOPID – Cooperative System for Digital Identity Management”, financed through The Competitiveness Operational Program 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2 – Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for a competitive digital economy, Action 2.2.1 – Supporting the growth of added value generated by ICT and innovation in the field through the development of clusters. The total value of the project was 4,825,730.48 lei, the eligible non-reimbursable amount being 3,674,729.50 lei, of which 2,939,783.60 lei from ERDF and 734,945.90 lei from the national budget.

CoopId aimed to create a collaborative system between banks, traders, and public authorities which offers new services to individual users (either as online shoppers or as taxpayers to state and local budgets) and to simplify online platform access.

Our project was in line with the overall objective of the Competitiveness Operational Program, which aims to contribute to the global objective of the Partnership Agreement by supporting RDI and ICT for Competitiveness and Development. Thus, by implementing the innovative activities proposed in the project, TGS Software has not only improved its research & development capabilities but has increased its portfolio of innovative ICT-based products, which has lead to an increase in the company’s productivity on medium and long term.
